- How long will my parts take?
- Typical lead times run about 2 to 3 weeks; prototypes could take a couple months. Cut-in/expedited rates offered for faster turnaround as needed.
- Is there a minimum order or quantity?
- We have a $100 minimum order total. We specialize in prototype, short-run, and medium-run machining, with the flexibility to support production quantities based on part complexity and customer requirements. No minimum quantity.
- What materials do you machine?
- We primarily manufacture from steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and plastic. We also machine castings and/or other pre-manufactured parts for final finishing, as supplied by customers.
- What kinds of parts and industries do you work with?
- We have no set industry; we machine small components in prototype, short-run and medium-run quantities. Work includes parts for fuel suppliers, propane suppliers, data center supplies, locomotive, petroleum parts, safety valves, automated line equipment (pulleys, shafts, etc.), forklift parts, Caterpillar construction components, agriculture and heavy equipment.
