Bar work
Several bar feed lathes for longer, small component runs.
When a turned part repeats, bar feeding keeps it on the lathe. It suits the small components we specialize in, from a prototype quantity through short-run, medium-run and production quantities.
Sawing
We offer reliable material preparation for efficient production.

Tolerance
Standard tolerance
+/- .001
We will hold up to +/- .0005, though a tolerance that tight typically requires additional outside services, such as grinding.
Materials
We primarily manufacture from steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum and plastic, and also machine castings and/or other pre-manufactured parts for final finishing, as supplied by customers. We write our programs in Mastercam CAD/CAM for Fanuc controls with G+M coding.
