We will hold up to +/- .0005, though a tolerance that tight typically requires additional outside services, such as grinding.
Inspection
- How do you inspect parts?
- Our precision inspection equipment includes an Arm Master 3D Gage (Powered by Verisurf) a Mitutoyo PH-A14 Optical Comparator and various handheld measuring tools. Our advanced inspection equipment, powerful CAD/CAM software, and proven quality systems work together to maintain accuracy and consistency throughout our manufacturing process.
